How we help our buyers find their perfect home.

#1) We Listen-

We know it sounds simple and obvious, and frankly, it should be the standard.  However, we find that in many cases, home buyers don't feel heard by their agents, the agents that are supposed to be representing them and helping them find the right home.  We interview you.  We work to make sure we understand exactly what you want, and more importantly, to help you know exactly what you want.

#2)   Integrity-

We will show you the homes that fit your needs, not my financial motives.  What many buyers don't realize is that some listing agents split their commissions differently with the selling (buyer's) agent.  Additionally, a seller may provide incentives to selling agents in additional commission or bonuses.  So, the selling agent may get paid 2.5% to sell one house, or they could make 5% to sell a different home.  Which one do you think most agents will push you towards?   

We focus on you.  We know that if we take care of our clients, the money will take care of itself.

#3) Access to properties-

In any market, the best homes that are priced well sell the quickest.  We have a team of six agents.  That means that YOU won't be waiting for days to see a home.  (so long as your schedule isn't the reason for that)  We work together to get you into that home as soon as possible.  That ensures that you get an opportunity to see the home and put in an offer.

#4) Great reputation in our agent community-

We are  solution finders.  We are cooperative negotiators that always seek to find solutions that benefit both sides.  We are fair and honest, and while we certainly advocate for our clients at all times, we do it with integrity and respect.  That means that other agents enjoy working with us and know that we work hard for a successful outcome.

#6) Technology-

We will set you up on listing alerts that will notify you the very moment that something comes on the market so that you have an opportunity to see the home and put in an offer.

We also use e-signature that allows you to sign contracts, exhibits,  and amendments from anywhere in the world.  (so long as you have internet service)

#7) Work Ethic-

We work hard to earn your business and help you find a home.  We won't limit our search to only what is on the market if what you need isn't listed.  We will knock on doors, cold call, send letters and/or postcards to help you find the home that is right for you.


#8) Un Common Knowledge-

Buying a home is a complex process.  Negotiation of price is just one small aspect.  There are also the terms. We know the best practices to help you get the home you want, and protect your interests.

Is the home in a flood plain?  Many agents don't ever even bring this up.  Flood insurance can be a cost that you have no idea of until you just days from closing. 

What kind of loans are available?  Where do you go to research schools?  What are other homes selling for in the area?   

Our goal is not to 'close' you on the purchase of a home, but rather to educate you to the point that you can make a decision.

#9) Systems-

We have systems in place to ensure that information gets dispersed to all parties and to ensure that timelines are met.
